*COMMUNION HYMN*On the last verse go to the Communion Table
*Uncover the bread -- the Elders will uncover the Bread and Cup Trays
*INVITATION TO COMMUNION
We have gathered around a Table, which does not belong to us. This Table belongs to Jesus; and here we join in an Open Communion – where everyone who accepts Jesus as his or her Savior is invited and welcome.
You are invited to this Table and welcome to eat this Bread and to drink this Cup and thus remember Jesus.
What is it about fathers? Why did Jesus used the term "father" when asked to explain God? Out of all the analogies,He chose to say "father."
I read the story of a young boy who had been stung repeatedly by wasps. He had an allergic reaction to those stings and almost died. He spent a lot of time in the hospital and as a result of that was almost panic stricken whenever a bee or a wasp came near for good reason.
Sometime later this young boy and his father were driving down the highway in the midst of traffic and somehow a wasp got into the car. The little boy began screaming and panicked. The father was almost afraid his son would jump out of the moving car to get away from this wasp. So the father just reached out and grabbed the wasp in his hand at which time the wasp then stung the father's hand. He threw the wasp out the window. The boy was still crying and still panicking. But the father then showed his child his hand where he had been stung and said, "You're okay now. You're fine."
Sometimes when I come to this table it's almost a sense of Jesus reaching out one of those nail scarred hands and showing me the marks. I hear our heavenly father say "It's all right. You're just fine."
LET US PRAY

forgiveness of your sin, drink all of it.” Let us eat, and drink,
and remember what he did for us.
This then is the Cup, which was poured out for you,__________, for
you,_________ for you, ______, and for all of us. Let us drink of the
Cup, and receive this blessing.
